Returns – Cancellation Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our company.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned with all accessories and documentation.
- The product must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product must be returned to our company’s warehouse or showroom at your expense.
- Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received the return authorization number, you can send the product back to our warehouse or showroom.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions of our returns policy. If the product is eligible for return, we will refund the purchase price, less any shipping or installation charges. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Installation services purchased in conjunction with a product may be refunded or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled installation date. If installation services have already been performed, they are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.

Changing or cancelling an order
Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order at any point before you receive your order. To cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.
If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.
Will any return costs be refunded?
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will exchange it free of charge or in some cases we may be able to offer a damage allowance by way of partial refund or credit note.
We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.
When will I receive my refund?
We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on your card.
